In the seminar, held at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Skopje, Macedonia, was introduced the natural bitumen SelenizzaSLN with the participation of his Excellence Mrs Laurence AUER French Ambassador.
The additive SelenizzaSLN, is used to produce High Modulus Asphalt Mixes. Its use has numerous advantages for the region, especially in terms of fatigue and rutting resistance, allowing building better quality roads while reducing the total thickness of the road structure. SelenizzaSLN is currently under study as a part of an innovative research program focusing on ecological bitumen.
